Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to anyone who accesses the ASTERON site or requests a trial or a subscription. By using the site or contacting us for that purpose, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use the ASTERON site or services.

Who we are

ASTERON is the trading brand under which this service is made available. These terms apply regardless of the exact legal designation of the operator.

Packs and subscriptions

ASTERON offers four packs, with fixed durations and prices, published on the site. The packs currently available differ by subscription length.

Each subscription allows exclusively 1 (one) simultaneous connection. Being able to set up the service on different compatible devices (TV, smartphone, tablet, computer) does not mean you can use more than one connection at the same time; use across several devices remains subject to that same limit.

Payment and activation

Paying for a pack does not, by itself, mean the service is activated immediately. There may be a processing period between payment and activation, during which your subscription is paid but not yet active.

We only consider the service actually available for use once activation is confirmed. We do not guarantee any specific activation timeframe.

Trial

ASTERON may offer a free or promotional trial period, of limited duration, subject to availability and case-by-case approval. Whether a trial is offered, and its length and conditions, may vary and do not constitute an automatic right.

Requesting a trial does not create any automatic right to be granted one; approval always depends on availability and capacity at the time of the request. We may refuse repeated, duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive requests, and we may temporarily limit or suspend trials during periods of exceptional demand or limited capacity.

The trial is meant for you to try the service and general compatibility with your equipment; it does not guarantee access to any specific channel, content, programme, event, or title, nor does it guarantee the catalogue or the future availability of the service.

The trial does not lead to any automatic charge, renewal, or conversion into a paid pack once it ends. Once it's over, it's entirely your decision whether to subscribe to a pack.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for personal, lawful purposes, and not to share, transfer, or resell your access details to third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or end access for users whose use breaches these terms or applicable law.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may experience occasional interruptions for technical, maintenance, or other reasons beyond our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or a legal requirement, without prejudice to any rights the user has under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The ASTERON brand, the site's content, and its associated visual elements are the property of their respective owners, or are used with due authorisation. Nothing in these terms grants the user any right over the brand or the site beyond normal use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on the site, together with its update date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages arising from a proven breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
