Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, and what rights you have as a data subject.

What data we process

You don't need to create an account to browse the site. The personal data we process mostly comes from contact you choose to start with us, namely via Telegram, to request a trial, ask questions, or get support: in that context, we may process your Telegram username and the content of the conversation.

Like any web server, the site's hosting automatically logs basic technical access information (such as IP address and request information), for as long as strictly necessary for the operation, security, and troubleshooting of the service.

The site does not use cookies, user accounts, registration forms, or traffic analysis tools.

Purposes

We use this data to: respond to trial and support requests; provide and maintain the service; and keep the site secure and technically functional.

Legal basis

Processing data in connection with trial or subscription requests rests on carrying out pre-contractual or contractual steps you asked for. Technical access logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working correctly.

Recipients and processors

We use Telegram as the messaging platform for trial and support requests, under its own privacy policy. We also use hosting and technical infrastructure providers strictly necessary to keep the site online, who only process data to the extent needed for that purpose.

We do not sell or share your data for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

International transfers

Some of the providers mentioned above (namely Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we aim to ensure appropriate transfer safeguards under the GDPR.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process against unauthorised access, loss, or improper alteration.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and, where applicable, to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on the site, together with its update date.
