Fire TV / Fire Stick
Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, with assisted ASTERON setup through SmartOne.

What you need
- A Fire TV or Fire TV Stick with an Amazon account set up.
- An internet connection, over Wi-Fi or Ethernet where available.
- The identifier (MAC or Device ID) shown by SmartOne; you do not need to enter servers or credentials in the assisted path.

Install the app
- Already have a compatible app that works well? You can keep using it. If you want a recommendation, we suggest SmartOne for this device because ASTERON can assist with the setup.
- From the home screen, open the Amazon Appstore.
- Search for “SmartOne IPTV”, ASTERON's recommendation for this platform, then install and open it.
- If SmartOne is unavailable for your model or region, contact ASTERON for a suitable alternative. Avoid apps from unknown sources.

Set up ASTERON
- In SmartOne, find the identifier shown by the app and send it to ASTERON exactly as displayed.
- ASTERON handles the remote association. Do not enter M3U, Xtream/XC, host, port, username or password in this path.

First use
- Once ASTERON confirms the setup, use Reload in SmartOne or fully close and reopen the app.
- If ASTERON does not appear, check the identifier you sent and repeat only the reload/reopen step before changing anything else.

Common issues
SmartOne is a third-party player. Its 14-day app trial is separate from the 24-hour ASTERON trial; the SmartOne licence is independent and is not automatically included with an ASTERON subscription.
