What you need

  • The exact model of your MAG device.
  • The ASTERON details for your device (Portal URL and, where applicable, credentials), provided directly by ASTERON.

Install the app

  • MAG devices come with the portal app installed from the factory, so there's nothing to install.

Add your ASTERON details

  • In your MAG's setup menu (usually Settings > System > Portal Settings; the exact path varies by model and firmware version), enter the Portal URL exactly as received from ASTERON.
  • Don't enter details you weren't given directly. ASTERON never asks you to guess or make up these values.

First use

  • After saving, the device restarts and loads the portal's content.
