What you need

  • Check the TV settings for its actual system or platform: VIDAA OS, Foxxum or VESTEL. The brand alone does not confirm compatibility.
  • An internet connection and the identifier (MAC or Device ID) shown by SmartOne.

Install the app

  • Already have a compatible app that works well? You can keep using it. If you want a recommendation, we suggest SmartOne for this device because ASTERON can assist with the setup.
  • Open the store for the confirmed platform: VIDAA Store, Foxxum App Store or VESTEL Store.
  • Search for “SmartOne IPTV”, then install and open the app.
  • If it is not listed, confirm the model, system and region with ASTERON before trying an alternative.

Set up ASTERON

  • Send ASTERON the identifier shown by SmartOne exactly as displayed.
  • ASTERON handles the remote association. Do not enter M3U, Xtream/XC, host, port, username or password in this path.

First use

  • Once ASTERON confirms the setup, use Reload in SmartOne or fully close and reopen the app.
  • If ASTERON does not appear, check the identifier you sent first; do not delete existing accounts or playlists.

Common issues

SmartOne is a third-party player. Its 14-day trial is separate from the 24-hour ASTERON trial; the SmartOne licence is independent and is not automatically included. Always confirm the TV platform, as the same brand may use different systems.
